I come there every two weeks with no problem. But I belive they was all trying to rush the customers out of the store by 5pm . I will never do any business truist or suntrust again. Terrible group of people with nasty attitudes.

- AGAndrew GoodnerSep 9, 20221.0Stupidest banking experience ever. Truist is a bunch of parasitic leaches that aren’t remotely interested in the routine retail customer. They don’t make their big bucks there so if you’re just in need of personal banking go ANYWHERE else. Heck, even if you’re looking for a business loan or auto loan or commercial account I can’t imagine these clowns are competitive there either. That’s why they have the money to buy stadiums, they rake everyone over the coals and reap billions in the process.

You can’t make deposits at any ATM, they disabled the deposit feature in the app, the fees and customer service is disgraceful! Do not bank with them, save yourself the headache! If I could give negative stars I would, we have tried to go along with the changes but it has be incredibly difficult and we have been shown no grace considering our years as customers Closing all accounts and moving on!
