Very rude group of lady's, seems like they are just there for a check and a rush to get people of the door at 5pm "closing time ".Was accused of fraud by them and always had my check cashed at the location.they love the drama as it seems. Get a life lady's. I will never do business with this bank or any bank associated with them ever again.

Went in today to change some account information. Katherine and Autumn were very helpful and had me in and out in a flash. Thank you both.

Long wait for checks to deposit I’m a new customer and each check is taken 10 days to be available for use. I need access to my money soon not two weeks later.

I went to this location on June 6, 2025. I put $510 cash in the atm at this location. The atm gives me a receipt with an error message. I went inside the bank to let them know and to see if they could get someone to open the machine and check or get someone there to check the ATM. Instead of assisting me, I was told to call the number on the receipt and maybe they will resolve the issue. The teller said sometimes they handle this type of situation right away. I noticed the man inside the office never once offered assistance. He pretended to stay on the phone the entire time I was there. After a few minutes, other customers were coming inside the bank. They were a different race. The tellers were very friendly with them. The guy in the office who pretended to be on the phone came out and spoke to some of the customers. The sad thing about this situation is it left me feeling hopeless, violated, unimportant, and robbed by a bank, helpless. The only words I was told were they would investigate and someone would give me a call for more detailed information. I've been with this bank since they took over the previous one. I make deposits over $ 1400 at least twice a month. I am a loyal customer who has never had an overdraft. I followed the rules and was very professional and respectful. They treated me like a criminal and they are the criminals. Other customers came inside and they treated them differently. All I wanted to know was how and when they put the cash I deposited in the ATM during banking hours will be in my account. I wonder if I was any other race other than black would they have been helpful instead of brushing me off? My advice to anyone reading this review is Don't Bank With Truist Bank. I am looking for somewhere else. Thank goodness I have an account with the credit union too.
