    Very rude group of lady's, seems like they are just there for a check and a rush to get people of the door at 5pm "closing time ".Was accused of fraud by them and always had my check cashed at the location.they love the drama as it seems. Get a life lady's. I will never do business with this bank or any bank associated with them ever again.

    Long wait for checks to deposit I’m a new customer and each check is taken 10 days to be available for use. I need access to my money soon not two weeks later.

    I have always experienced extremely long waits for a banker at this location, meanwhile no one is at the teller windows. It’s no wonder since they make it so difficult to simply open a new account. Also, unlike other banks they also do not hand you a debit card immediately. It typically takes a full week to receive even in the Atlanta area. The only positive is that they offer no fee basic accounts. I would not come to SunTrust for business accounts or anything else that requires high touch service.

    Every day in the afternoon they have only one teller. The line and wait is awful. SunTrust please change this! I think they are cutting hours and staff back for the SunTrust park. It stinks I'm sick of it.
