Get a life lady's. I will never do business with this bank or any bank associated with them ever again.

It’s no wonder since they make it so difficult to simply open a new account. Also, unlike other banks they also do not hand you a debit card immediately. It typically takes a full week to receive even in the Atlanta area. The only positive is that they offer no fee basic accounts. I would not come to SunTrust for business accounts or anything else that requires high touch service.
