Dawna Kyber is just the best!! She helped me with an issue and went out of her way to push the paperwork through. She is so friendly and makes all trips to the bank pleasant. The branch is nice and has plenty of parking.

I just want to say how impressed myself and my wife are of this bank and specifically one employee, Dawna Kyber. This branch and Dawna especially has always taken care of us with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. Dawna has made us a lifelong Southstate banking customer.

I would never go back to this location…..i went to withdraw money from here two or three times….each time they made me feel uncomfortable…..never had this issue with any other location……i been with them for yearssss since they were Community Bank and Trust……this lady asked me soooo many questions…….i gave her my account number my id and my security code number she was still acting as if im in someone else’s account….asking how many deposits do you get a month where do they come from etc…. i’m like why are you asking me all these questions and she was like because I’ve never seen you come into this location before I was like what does that matter and I have previously been here before she was like did you withdraw any money because I don’t see that you withdraw any money I’m like yeah I withdraw some money before a smaller amount but yes, I withdraw money here before what’s the issue? Why are you asking me all these questions and then she’s like I just wanna know if you know what’s coming into your account I’m like yes I know what’s coming into my account and then I showed her my app. I said I’m on the app right now and she was like OK and then she proceeded and went ahead and gave me my transaction. I was like why are you asking me all these questions I’ve never had this done to me before and she was like oh….. I never seen you coming to this location. She was like maybe the other banks don’t ask you because they’re familiar with you. You always go to that location and she was like I don’t see any withdrawals and you come in and withdraw….I’m like no ma’am, I don’t always withdraw money but when I wanna come withdraw money, I withdraw money and it shouldn’t be no problem. It shouldn’t matter how much I wanna take out of my account it’s my account it’s my money. I just wanted to know if you knew what you had every month I could see what you got every month your deposits she was like just making sure that it’s mine. Basically verifying the account still after I gave her all the information she already needed it to verify that is my account all you need when you go withdraw money is your ID ma’am I gave you my ID my accounting number I gave you my security code She’s like yeah I’m like of course it’s mine you have my ID my face is on there. My address is up-to-date. I gave you my account number. I gave you my security code because I have a security code on my account to prevent fraud so even if someone knows all my information if they don’t know my code, they cannot get anything for my account so really after I gave her that code there should’ve been nothing else. She shouldn’t have been asking me this lady treating me as if I was trying to get it into somebody else’s account. I’ve had the same account since community bank and trust. I’ve been with this bank for so many years I can’t even remember like I probably been with this bank for 20 years or so but I would never ever visit this location again. Each time I have came to this location. They have made me feel like a criminal. They have made me feel like I’m taking someone else money when I’m only getting money out of my own account. I’m allowed to get whatever amount of money I want to get out of my account. It’s my account and this is my money. Don’t make me feel uncomfortable. I don’t like the way I was treated. The service was trash very poor And I would never go to this location again I almost wanted to just close my account and be done. I don’t like to get out so when I finally do get out and go to a bank I get enough to last me. I don’t run to the bank every other day every couple of weeks I’ll go to the bank one time if I do decide not to go a couple of months to the bank and just use my card And if I do decide to go to the bank, then I’ll grab enough to last me for a while because I don’t like to go back-and-forth to the bank and the bank ain’t even close to me. I have to drive at least 25 to 30 minutes to get to my bank….. and it’s crazy that I had to sit there and explain all that to her like ma’am just give me my money….mind u i went in the inside
