I had two personal checks, that were both verified and confirmed… but the female associate couldn’t cash them both at the same time because the Supervisors didn’t answer her call... WOW. I go back another day, a few day’s later, and now they still want cash it. The supervisor isn’t available, and for me to come back in another few days. Totally unacceptable. It all makes sense now to me. The Supervisor doesn’t care about their customer at ACE check cashing. I highly recommend you choose another place to do business.
