I just recently deposited a large check in which they decided to penalize me for given them! They went BEYOND the Federal Reg CC and held my check for 11 calendar days!! The check was a local Atlanta attorney's office and it cleared the very next day. However, Bank OZK would not allow me to access my own money. The branch manager, Beverly, was extremely rude and her professionalism was lacking! She has no customer service skills and should not be in her position. I am closing my account as soon as they release MY money. I do NOT recommend this bank .
