- STSteven TarverJul 3, 20251.0Firstly, no drive through windows. Secondly, I was charged $10 to cash a check written to me from my mother in which I'm listed on the front of the check as service manage officer(SMO). And they wanted 2 forms of id! My name is printed on the front of the check! Exactly why I don't do business with any big bank. It literally states online their fee is $7.50, which is still ridiculous. Never step foot through your doors again.

Yesterday 3 employees completely change my viewpoint. Customer service is alive and well at the Wilmington Island Wells Fargo. The two exceedingly thorough & understanding ladies working the counter -A+. Ms. Sarah Reed-Personal Banker is a breath of fresh air seldom seen in the banking landscape much less anywhere. Flawlessly being genuine, knowledgeable, compassionate & articulate while getting the job done. Fine work WellsFargo. Fine work.
- JJJamieDec 28, 20221.0I went to the atm and got too many 20s. Went into the branch to get a hundred dollar bill. I had to put my atm card in TO GET money changed AT THE COUNTER. Anyone else things this is odd? Then I asked to speak to the loans officer about a loan. He began by telling me that the rates were online. Sir, if I wanted to go online I would have. Does Wells Fargo not want people to go INSIDE their buildings? I’ve been a customer since 2009. Maybe I need to be rich to get better service????
