The willing to help not there so customer service not there. If you can just do what you need at an ATM do that it maybe be kinder

There were several people who could have been helping, but were just standing there saying "thank you for your patience." Since we are out of state, she claimed our out of state id did not work since it was a temporary one. The whole time she was complaining that it would not work, then it was able to go through. She was extremely rude and obviously did not want to be at work or help us. At the end she said we should check with our state to make sure we had the right license, which is extremely dumb because we got it while in our own state (which she still doubted we were from, as if we were lying.)
