    I met with Mr Taliferro to take care of 4 different banking needs. He was very kind and helpful and did not rush me thru the process. He was able to answer any questions I had but he explained so thoroughly that my questions were few. Thank you so very much Mr Taliferro and Truist Bank!

    Stood in line for 30 minutes while they had only one employee working. Worst customer service I've ever gotten from a bank. And on a Friday.

    I been having trouble with account for a month or two where they are rearranging transaction in my account saying the money wasn't there during the time of the transaction when I know for a fact I just deposit a 950 check in there...Now my account is accumulating fees out of no where and they want me to take the money out my savings to pay for the items twice plus the fees they are charging me...They stole over $500 from me and I am highly pissed...Why is they rearranging transactions in your account thats stealing from there customers.
