    Opened my account here when I was very young. I try not to use this bank location. Always super slow and understaffed . Since Truist came in it's beyond bad. Changing banks after over 30 years!

    Once a month I take my 90 yr old grandmother to the bank. Normally its a pleasant visit, but today was totally different. We went to the drive through( which is not normally the case). So the teller felt like it was robbery to give her the courtesy of documenting her deposit on the book. We've never had this issue before with any other teller. I guess she was having a bad day. She was impatient & clearly didn't feel like working.
