At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Stephanie Rodriguez and remainder of staff needs to be trained on the purpose of a POA, how to perform signatures on a POA Truist document and on customer service. Even after she called to get the instructions on how to perform the duty from the same branch she’s employed. She hung up the phone to deny me service. She didn’t feel comfortable. Do my lunch time was totally wasted. A valid issue I would understand. But if you had no intention of assisting me then you had the right to ask me to go to another branch from the beginning.
Train this staff. They are definitely not like the previous staff who worked at this location. Truist has a wonderful reputation and rapport with their customers. This location with this current staff needs training.

If I could give five negative stars I would. Waited in line for 45 minutes to do a withdrawal of my money in the bank and they tell me all they have is 20s no 100s what a joke of a bank

I've been banking with Truist for over a decade and everytime I go to this branch its a problem. I've been in here 3 times in the last month and everytime im treated like crap. After today's experience I will be withdrawing my funds and banking elsewhere.

The only reason I'm giving a 3 stars is because the banker Latesha was very helpful & caring. She deserves 5 stars for her customer service skills. She apologized for the inconvenience that Donna put me through . I had my work ID which is a state issued ID plus I had an up to date ID ( my driver's license). Only difference was my last name because I got married. Anyway just know I drawed every penny out of that account for the unnecessary inconvenience. TRUIST HAS REALLY GONE DOWN. USE TO BE A GREAT BANK

Would give 0, but wasn't an option. I was in drive up lane for over half an hour, before being told we had to go through lobby. That was an hour long line. Also, they only give out $20's. No hundreds
