At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Staff is very friendly, but it doesn't matter if you go inside or use the drive-thru, you are going to wait. I just waited 15 minutes for one care to move, and I still have 3 more in front of me.

These 5 stars are for the two ladies that always work the drive through. I've been coming to this bank for a while, usually once or twice a week. Most of the time it seems short staffed despite the normal long lines inside and outside. However, the drive through ladies always pleasantly greet you, will strike up a conversation sometimes, and never show their frustration under pressure. They deserve a raise!

Teller didn't understand a cash withdrawal and cash deposit. Could only do a system transfer. Would not recommend Truist Bank

I find the staff here very friendly and helpful. Have been with BB&T and now Truist for around 20 years, maybe little longer, have always been very happy with their banking services

I’ve been a member of this bank all of the way back to the Suntrust days. Unfortunately this specific branch has a lot of operational issues that I think people need to be aware of before doing any business here. There is almost always issues with the ATM machines, so if you’re looking to quickly deposit or withdraw anything; go somewhere else. The team at the drive thru is extremely understaffed, it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to do anything in person or in the drive thru. It is INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to get in touch with ANYONE at this branch. If you invest with this bank in any way, or have business accounts with them please be prepared to either be ignored completely by your assigned banker or wait days for responses to simple questions. The one praise I have for this branch would be Kawsu. He is such a kind and hard worker. He is very fast and knowledgeable and will help in any way he can.
