    I have had a handful of issues in the past with Truist holding several deposits. While it has always been anxiety inducing and frustrating, people like Brandi Cobb are truly a God send. She was able to have my issue resolved within a matter of hours. She was professional, kind, communicative, and everything you’d look for in a team member. I hope that she has a long and fruitful career at Truist. You really don’t meet too many people in banking quite like her. Thanks Brandi!!

    The atm takes money just go inside there is nothing they can do if it takes your money it goes to claims - this happened TWICE AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO SO I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK EACH TIME TO GET RESOLVED DONT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THAT NEW ATM IT WILL EAT IT ! Nothing will be done but they will pass you a 1800 number - they aren’t updating or checking the machine nothing is being done so this will continue- I will be making sure the account is closed this time because bills don’t wait for claims -

    It depends on who you are dealing with at the branches. Some people are very knowledgeable, and others need to listen to what their customers are telling them they need.

    This drive thru is ridiculously slow. I sat in line for 30 mins not even moving and the other lane is moving right. If People have complicated transactions they need to be instructed to come in to do their transactions not at the drive-through window.
