At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Honestly, it’s a shame. Truist Bank is getting worse every day. The lack of employees is noticeable and, because of that, customer service has declined. If this continues, it’s not worth keeping my business account here after 10 years.

Went into Truist Bank @ 1702 Chatham Parkway Savannah ga 31405 between the hours of 1:30 - & 2: 00 pm. Few people ahead of ne with big deposits so there was a Lil wait & that's fine but I encountered next was very mind blowing. JEISEL BURGOS WAS GOING TO WAIT ON ME UNTIL SHE DECIDED TO GO BACK & FORTH EITH ME ABOUT A EMAIL THAT SHE SAID I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN FROM THE ZELLE ACCOUNT. OK ...now um telling her I never received an email as long as I've been getting yelled she's telling me yes ubdo im saying I never got one. She said yes u do because I know I get them from Belle. SO as this point I ask her is she calling me a liar. Long story short I kept asking her to just please check my account. She said u need to lower ur voice & i said you need to do what I asked you to do is that so hard. She says no im not gonna check your account . I ask for the manager & she says I am the manager. I couldn't believe this rude professional person was the manager. She then goes into one of the office with another customer & i can hear her discussing what just happened between she & I. That wasn't his business. She has no customer service skills @ all. She put on a show for the other guest in the lobby. All I asked her to do was check my account for some funds that wasn't showing up on my online account. I will not be going to that branch & will be closing my account. I don't have to be treated this way. Please pull the tape & see how unprofessional she is.

This location should get zero stars!! I gave the teller an amount in cash that wasn’t deposited. I have bills that are due! I am reporting this bank! I should not be short! Ridiculous! This will be the last time this happens.

This is the way banking should be. Mr Adam’s was super helpful and professional. I could not ask for anything more.
