On 8/01/2025 the banking services was closed for indoor service with no explanation, only drive through was available. I tried again today 8/4/2025 the credit union was open, but there were only one service rep available to help with banking issues. I now am re-thinking rather to continue banking with them.

The staff is rude , checks does not automatically deposit at this bank , it took mines FIVE DAYS to deposit ! I Have no access to any online perks or card management apps & theres literally nobody to help you solve your problem & I’m missing a deposit that was supposed to automatically come to my account on the 6th . Please don’t bank with this bank. I hate this merger ever happened & leaving this bank soon! There’s not even any real benefits here and they’re completely unprofessional.
