I know the staff in my local branch, and they know me--they are willing to take my occasional calls/inquiries and respond promptly, always the same day (unless I am overseas). They've recommended "best choices" for excess cash, processed wire transfers efficiently, and have been professional in every interaction. I highly recommend them!
