- CRCat RAug 1, 20251.0Made an appointment. It’s 15 minutes after my appointment time and the apparently one person we can see is still tied up. I just want to close my dead mom’s account- which they forced me to come in for since apparently they can’t just do it with a death certificate, a will, and beneficiary designations. A walk-in that came in after us is currently being seen… by two employees. This is stupid. So glad I don’t bank at this inefficient place. One positive is that the person was very nice when we finally got to meet with her. ETA: 30 minute wait. No “public” restrooms
- ASAllen SJun 18, 20241.0I've been coming to this branch for many years and the excellent people who were here when I first came are now long gone, replaced with no one useful. I rented a safe deposit box at this branch. First time I went by to put some papers in it, I had to wait almost an hour for access. I hoped the long wait was an aberration, but it was not. Today I took my wife over to get her access to the box. Three bankers were "busy" with other customers. After 15 minutes, one of them wrapped up their customer and came out. We were told it was 4:20pm (they close at 5pm) and there was no way they could add my wife to the access list before they closed. What?!? We were told to make an appointment, come back some other day ( taking yet more away time from our full time jobs ) and to allow 30 minutes for the visit! The level of disrespect for our time and our value as a long term WF customer is hard to fathom. I can't tell whether WF policies are the problem or if this branch truly has just gone to the dogs, but I can say I'm actively looking for a bank that will respect and value me as a customer. +++++++++++++++++ Update: Several days have passed since I responded to WF with the requested information but no one has reached out. It would seem the lack of customer concern goes far beyond this one Wells Fargo branch. Too bad. Once upon a time they were great.
