Go to the other ones by CVS they are way more professional. Aubrieila with the glasses is super rude. I’ll be back when she’s gone. Everytime I go to this bank there’s something new.

Branch leader, please review the notary rules before refusing to sign documents. I hope this helps someone in the future who plans to use this bank and service.

We have not had any problems with Sun Trust but when they became Truist I have had problems with every account. Paying my Access account is an issue every month and requires new to visit the Branch. Nothing has been easy dealing with Truist. If it was not so difficult to close account and move I would and if continues it will be worth leaving. Do not open account with Truist. Too difficult banking with them:(((
