28 year customer of Truist (since long before SunTrust!!). Both personal and business accounts with them. Took a Cashier's Check from PNC today to deposit so some sizable on-line payments I've scheduled are covered. I was told a 7 day hold on this bank drawn cashier's check! Never had such a terrible experience in 40 years I've been in business. That would be understandable with a new account.....never with a 28 year customer!! I subsequently closed 2 business accounts on the spot! Will close the third one as soon as pending transactions are cleared. This is NOT a bank to do business with.

Slowest tellers and bankers in the world. You would think the genuises at corporate would notice the 5 to 1 negative reviews on this branch and make some changes. But hey why bother? It only inconveniences the people who trust you with their hard earned money. If it wasn't for Michael and Anu at my home branch (both amazing) I would have dropped truist like a bag of rocks.

This branch is terrible, but not unlike any other of the Truist locations. They need to go back to the drawing board and understand what real customer service looks like because they definitely have missed it.

Customer service sucks. Never get my calls returned. Bankers continue to sit at their desks and look busy even though they know you are sitting in the lobby waiting to be served
