- PBPatrick BoffOct 8, 20255.0The team here has a heart of gold. Specifically Tyler, who helped me secure a check for my auto loan right at closing time. The team was incredibly patient with my needs, including coordination from Paula, the loan officer, and Tina, the other staff member. The team at the Roswell branch was able to recognize my urgency and need for help and were absolutely incredible! Lots of stress as we purchase a car, and get married in the same week, but the staff here made this part work for me. Many many many thanks to Tyler, Paula, and Tina for going above and beyond for me!

While one of the employees was extremely kind in offering to help me do the transaction using the ATM to deposit cash and then transfer the funds, I would have preferred to just hand my cash to a teller for the payment. I declined the help and left to make the payment in a way that was more convenient for me. I really don't like the way this branch is setup without tellers because it doesn't make it convenient for everyone. Considering the lack of branches overall, we should be able to receive full service at any location.
