- CCCruzSep 28, 20251.0Worst Bank in Rome GA, bad customer service/management. Came in 1hr before closing, just needed to add spouse to my bank account before leaving on a trip. Something that can take 5-10 min to do and was told I needed to have an appointment, SMH. Went ahead and removed 95% of funds out. Highly do not recommend this bank!

They will never answer their phones, have minimal tellers at the busiest of times, and are just flat out rude. Today I witnessed an elderly man with a Walker stand in line for at least 15 minutes, and when he finally reached the counter the teller made him wait a few more minutes while she helped someone that had just walked into the bank. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
