- TOTodd OdomDec 29, 20251.0Worst bank in Rome, Georgia. They only have a few workers. My mother had an appointment but they only said it will be a little longer and to be patient. Nevermind being patient. They weren't in any hurry to get to the next customer. Stay away from this bank. It should be closed. They don't care about their customers.

My mother had just been dealing with funeral fraud and she went in to clear up any issues and put her mind at ease. The person who I’m guessing was the manager, some woman with long streaky bronde hair, just snapped at her in a nasally voice to call the 800 number. Since when does being abrupt in a snotty tone of voice equal professionalism? At a time when she could have used a little compassion and a human touch, all she got was snippy dismissiveness…and while I would certainly usually rather deal with an actual human, someone like that might as well be replaced by a robot. They at least speak in a kindly tone. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!
