- KHKM HolmesAug 15, 20195.0I loved my business banking experience. They are very active in the community. They provide FREE financial literacy classes at many of the local libraries and churches. When I opened my Free business account I was provided with a FREE thorough industry analysis report. I can't speak for anybody else but my experience has been great! I am not looking forward to the merger with SunTrust because I am concerned that BB&T will lose its personal community touch but we shall see.

Customers waiting in lobby for over an hour. Worst possible service ever. Not to mention how rude they are. I will not come back to this location.
