- RRRonAug 24, 20251.0Terrible service from these employees. My Father is from Effingham County he’s almost 70 years old. Anytime he’s trying to cash a check, open an additional account, or deposit a check that’s a significant amount of money. He’s turned away for some reason/“stipulation”. Very stereotypical and racial profiling of their own long term elderly customer. Funny how when he tries another branch other than this he doesn’t have any issues doing what he needs to with his own money.

She was so sweet and so nice. There was also 2 other women there and they ALL were so nice. They all have excellent customer service and communication. Absolutely amazing job to the staff for making me feel welcomed.

I've never had a problem with their recordkeeping of my account and they've questioned potentially fraudulent activity in a timely manner. We primarily use the Rincon and Garden City locations.
