As you can imagine, I was not happy and was not as courteous and respectful to her as I should have been. She resolved my issue while remaining cool and calm. She is a better person than I am and I'm gratitude, I promise to never bother her with anything ever again. Thank you, Ms. Day

- RGR GNov 10, 20171.0I have been to this Wells Fargo couple times , same goes for other locations and always had great customer service and warm welcome. But yesterday was just by far the worst and unwelcome visits I have ever experienced. The Personal banker(Victor) that assisted me had that vibe of not wanting to help you and the more I needed help with something, half he didn't know the answer to or just didn't want to answer to avoid of continuing to help. I needed help with adding text alert and what he said to me was just the most unprofessional responds, "Just follow the procedures." Wasn't this the reason I asked for help? The feeling is like this, when you going on an interview the most strictest company in the world. I almost felt I wasn't allowed to breathe, no interaction or small conversation. Never again.
