My last three visits to the Wells Fargo on Highway 80 in Pooler have been extremely disappointing. The branch has a steady flow of customers and the service is consistently slow. Today was the last straw—I sat for almost 20 minutes in an empty lobby before someone finally came up and asked if I had an appointment When I said no, she told me they wouldn’t be able to help me because a customer with an appointment might show up in 15 minutes. Turning away an actual customer who is already there is unacceptable. This branch has serious issues with efficiency, communication, and basic customer service. I approached the manager who basically said the dame thing and then asked if I wanted to make an appointment. ugh!!!

Before sharing my experience I want to say I take 100% of the blame. I went through the drive thru to deposit some cash I received from my parents. I didn't count the money before I gave it to the teller I just assumed it was $600 but she asked if I was depositing $700 I responded to her and said I didnt think it was $700 and I thought it was only $600 she just said okay. In my mind I thought if I gave her too much money she would give it back because that has always been my experience at other branches. I finished with her and when I got back home I asked my mom how much did she give me and she said $700. I went back to the branch and they counted to tellers drawer and it was balanced but when i asked if they could pull the camera she said they do not have cameras on the drive thru. That blew my mind that at a major bank you all don't have camera on the drive thru?? I have already accepted whatever happened to the money but to not have camera on a drive thru was really surprising to me. If you go here don't be like me please count your money before hand. I have been with wellsfargo for years but at least I learned a lesson from this.

Horrible customer service - and I was blatantly lied upon by not 1 but 2 reps including manager. We (including 6yr old girl) were made to wait 30mins on 10/21/25 to tell me at 5pm that since we came 5mins ago we are now closing and cannot service you. And when I re-iterated that I came in 30mins ago and also gave an account of what all the 5 reps were doing for last 30mins - I was no listened to and flatly lied to me that is not correct. Asking me to come again is another thing but lying on our faces is another low level!!!

Just had the absolute WORST experience at this location. Had an appointment at 2PM to open an account and they had my husband and I waiting for 30 min… we got up and left! What a waste of TIME and gas… worst customer service of life.
