Oct. 25, 2025 I was in the bank, UNFORTUNATELY I had the nasty little vindictive woman named Debbie helping me. 1. her attitude was wretched, Pushy, unhelpful, "holier than thou" REFUSAL TO HELP!!! ignored the client, treated me like i was BELOW her Calliber!!
That behavior& Attitude was uncalled for!! Shes a nasty vile little woman, while falsly appeasing the cutsomer, with the FAKE smile, & FAKE agreeance/UNDERSTANDING, WHILE NOTTTTT LISTENING. HER SPITEFUL LITTLE witchy BEHAVIOR CAUSED HER TO CANCEL MY GOOD DEBIT CARD, so it cannot be used. Now i must order a new card & wait 7-10 Bizz days for it to arrive, ALL BECAUSE OF HER BEING SO SPITEFULLY DAMAGING!!! her act of cancelling my GOOD card was 100% INTENTIONAL!!! AFTER, she was Nasty to me the last time, I asked her how much I had in my savings account, & she gave me the figure of something else, from one of my bank accounts, she said Oh its: XXXX.XX with A SHE PITTY's ME smirk, tilt of her head, and wideyed staring at me with an evil grin, & batting her eyelashes as if to say "HAHA, that's nothing!! I have more than you in my Account" . EVEN though she knew full well, that was NOT the account information i was looking for!! Truist has gone down hill, with employees like this wretch, and I WILL NEVER suggest or refer anyone to this bank for services. ... NEVER!!!! Debbie was her name, it was approx 12:50 on Oct. 24, 2025

Absolutely the slowest service on earth with no sense of urgency. I dread when I have to come here for work. They are soooo slow and no one seems to care about moving it along faster.

This’ll be short & sweet, the total opposite of my experience with this particular location.
In my opinion, they need an audit/staffing change for the following reasons:
1. I became a Truist member by default after being with SunTrust for my whole life;
2. I’ve visited numerous Truist branches, in numerous cities, in three different states;
3. For reasons that would make this too lengthy (I will list them if someone truly wants to know), this is the clear and obvious winner for the branch with the worst customer service. The worst customer service;
4. Nothing even close to how I was treated has ever occurred at another Truist, or SunTrust, for that matter; &
5. I will never subject myself to this subpar and unacceptable treatment by never returning to this branch and limiting my future business with Truist.
Thank y’all for showing your true colors today!
