We are 3 years past the height of covid - why is it still the norm to not have people at their jobs. Wells Fargo will not help me over the phone, and when I go to a branch, there is no one there to help. Ever. Make an appointment? I just don't get it. I should be able to walk in and bankers be at their desks. Atleast 6 offices at this location and every single one is empty with lights off.

- GSGlen SMay 15, 20172.0Wells Fargo is loosing it's edge. Called WF Mortgage to get a check endorsed. They advised me to go to any local branch, no problem. Uh, problem. Didn't have required documentation of which I was not advised. 45 minutes later, I get the endorsement. "Now go right over there and the teller will cash the check." So I do, they won't. Doesn't matter what the gent eighteen feet away said. No go here. Fine, off to my Credit Union and I'm in and out in 5 minutes. So, got it done with much pain and suffering. Bottom line.
