When I asked the teller at Thomas Crossroads she said a Banker would be right with me. The Banker came out and stated she was new and couldn't send it, but one of the tellers would do it. Why didnt they just do it to begin with?

I called and was not given a reason. I was then told that I couldn't appeal this to anyone. Suntrust has slipped into a mode of unacceptable customer service. I hope this is not a sign of things to come after their merger with BB&T.
