- GRGeorge RDec 27, 20253.0After working closely and well with Mike for almost two years, he abruptly handed our business to another financial advisor in a different office. There was no call, text, or email from him alerting us of the upcoming change, only a call one day from one of his staff informing us that a new financial advisor was going to be handling our account. It took over a month for me to realize that Mike was too busy to take our calls or respond to our text message. One can imagine the hurt and disappointment we felt after working with him for almost a decade and bringing close to $1 million in assets for him to manage. We never expected, nor have we deserved, such callous disregard for our business. We are now working with another Edward Jones financial advisor and we are pleased so far with his communication and assistance.
