    I recently closed my accounts with Edward Jones and transferred to Raymond James IN August of 2024. Edward Jones continued to use the auto-withdrawal we had previous set up to transfer funds into an account were were told were closed. We called and inquired in September and were assured by this office the accounts were closed and no more transfers would occur. They did it again in October. When we called we were told it was an oversight on their part but they could not undo the transfer as the accounts were closed and my wife and I would have to get the money back from the mutual fund but would not give us the information to do so. This feels like a malicious reprisal for moving to Raymond James. Beware of Edward Jones and this office they make for bad break-ups. I filed a complaint with the SEC.

    Bruce has been my financial planner for over 15 years and he's never steered me wrong. He's calm, patient, and explains everything in detail. Michele, in his office, is also wonderful. I feel comfortable that I'm on the right track for retirement.
