  I am very upset with the experience I had at Wells Fargo. I took my mother-in-law in to open a bank account — she had a scheduled appointment. We arrived right on time, but the personal banker we were supposed to meet with was still with his previous appointment. We ended up waiting 25 minutes past our appointment time, which was already frustrating. When we were finally called in, the banker asked my mother-in-law for two forms of identification, which she provided. Then he asked for a bill to show proof of address. She gave him a bill under her husband’s name since she doesn’t have any bills in her own name. I explained this to him, but he refused to accept it because it didn’t show her name. He then told us that any bill would work — a gas bill, light bill, etc. Clearly, he wasn’t listening, because I had already explained she doesn’t have any bills under her name. The lack of communication and understanding was extremely disappointing. There was also an older gentleman who had been there before us in the waiting area and he was very upset because they didn’t help him with what he needed. And now I see exactly why he was so frustrated. Wells Fargo should do a better job of contacting customers before their appointments to confirm what documents they’ll need. We waited all that time for absolutely nothing. After this experience, I will not be returning to this bank to open an account.

  bad service . small area . took a $1 bill . i got from janet jackson in there . they acted like it wasnt nothing & left me starving . very bad . i make strip club devices for payments

  Wells Fargo is a excellent bank. If you need a check cashed and the check is written on Wells Fargo you will have no problem cashing your check. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this bank to anyone. I was told at another bank they would have to hold my funds for 3 to 7 days. Also the bank employee stated I would have a hard time finding a bank to cash my check because it was a large amount. They were 100% wrong. Don't believe what other banks tell you because obviously they don't know what their talking about.

  There’s a reason why people are leaving this bank, especially dealing with this location! My business account card was lost I am in the process of changing banks so I closed my business account. I received a credit check for my business and tried to deposit it and they denied it because my account was closed. Clearly they can see that it’s my account, the check was not able to be made out to my personal because the account is listed under business LLC! There’s always an issue here and they always change what they can do and can’t.
