- RBRichard BennettNov 17, 20251.0I have banked with ucb for 20 years with my personal account, recently I have started my own company and we thought we could count on ucb for our banking needs with the company account as well. We talked with Jeff Barkley about some things. Never hear back from him, followed up a week later and we were informed he was "on vacation" and would return our call when he returned. We never got a call back or assistance with our needs. Looks like this community bank is not longer interested in its community.
