Particularly this branch, very hard to reach over the phone for business and when I had an administrative error, they basically told me that they have no answers. I’m very disappointed and surprised this is the bank that the Atlanta Braves have a sponsor with, it is definitely not a bank for veteran businesses. Poor customer service, poor follow up, poor one-on-one.

Every time I go it takes forever for them to do anything. Literally took 40 minutes today and I was the 2nd car in the line. It took them 20 minutes to process the car in front of me, and then 20 minutes for my simple check deposit. The lady working drive thru was very rude. Completely talking over me. They never apologize for the wait. Absolutely inefficient. My husband likes to go inside to do his banking. He said it's always 25-30 minutes inside and they're not that busy. Never going back to this branch. They are an embarrassment to Truist.
