- JPJake PayneSep 22, 20251.0I really thought the reviews I got from SBA were true for business with veterans, but that is not the case. Particularly this branch, very hard to reach over the phone for business and when I had an administrative error, they basically told me that they have no answers. I’m very disappointed and surprised this is the bank that the Atlanta Braves have a sponsor with, it is definitely not a bank for veteran businesses. Poor customer service, poor follow up, poor one-on-one.
