Unfortunately, the representative assisting me made an error by entering my email address incorrectly, which has caused inconvenience and delayed communication regarding my new account. Additionally, I was informed that promotional items were being offered to new account holders at the time of opening. However, I did not receive any of these items, nor was the promotion mentioned or honored during the account setup process. I chose your bank based on your reputation for customer service and attention to detail, and this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter and ensure both the email address is corrected in your system and that I am provided with the promotional items I was eligible for. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
