Debería un K9 dar una visita.
- ASAshley SosaDec 16, 20251.0Roxanne has the absolute worst customer service. I don’t know how a bank that is supposed to be all about customers hires people with such horrible attitude. While I was there waiting for a banker to help me she lied about lunch times to get customers to leave, gave multiple customers including myself attitude, yelled at customers, and more. I will acknowledge I was late to my appointment and had to wait but that does not give her the right to be rude. Worst customer service experience of my life as a person who works in customer service. Train your employees better or fire them and get people who actually know how to deal with customers. Very disappointing wells fargo. AVOID THIS BRANCH!!
