However, just when I was ready to leave WF for good, Irvin Castro helped me and he's been so wonderful as a banker for me and my family. He always answers my questions patiently and helpfully. And he's always friendly and professional. He was recently on a family leave. I missed him but I'm glad WF gives their employees this kind of time so that they can maintain a healthy work/family balance. This helps keep fantastic people like Mr. Castro on the staff, for which I'm grateful! Thank you so much to Mr. Irvin Castro. Best ever!
