- APAlin PopaJan 2, 20261.0I use this branch because it’s conveniently located near my house. I make a deposit and request a notarized document. However, I have to wait over an hour for the document to be notarized. When I inquire about the delay, the manager is rude and dismissive. She tells me that I can schedule an appointment if I want to expedite the process. To add insult to injury, she was laughing before I asked her.

What is the point of having a physical location when they can't assist a customer that walks in the door? I am moving to a smaller bank that are more personable. The Bank Of America has much better service, especially their bank manager Mr. Monroe will go above and beyond to take care of your needs.

If this is the customer service I can expect after 20 years, I’ll be looking into moving all my banking business elsewhere.
