- DRdrywall tools and repairsMar 21, 20251.0Worst service ever, I was trying to make a deposit to my bussiness acount, and a (hispanic lady in the cashier), refuses to take my deposit just bacause the deposit wasn't exact the amount and she had to give me some change back, I usually go to different branches and never have any problem with that. she then procedded to tell me to go to those banks instead of coming into this one.

I would recommend to make an appointment which I did I could see people coming in having to wait and get upset because appt are firsts . Truist costumer service on the phone is trash they need to work the connection is always bad I mean the call center is in Philippines .
