Worst Customer Service!
The lady teller working at the right counter seemed so disoriented and incapable of focusing on simple instructions. I explicitly requested a cash withdrawal using only $20 and $50 bills, clearly stating I did not want $100 bills. Despite confirming my request, the teller immediately proceeded to count and seal $100 bills into the envelope. This failure to follow a clear, simple instruction suggests a serious lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

I see so many negatives reviews and honestly I'm surprised. I don't know about that particular lady working in there but if you do decide to visit ask for Stephanie M. I came in almost near closing time and she attended me with the most care. She helped me get through filling a petition for a Power of Attorney Letter for my mother that is in home-hospice bound. She was sympathetic to what I was going through and stayed with me until we sent the forms. Definitely ask for her!

I recently opened a checking account and made a 5 figure deposit. When I visited this branch to ask and withdraw crisp large bills for my overseas trip, the woman at the counter who served me was callous, unfriendly, never wielded a smile and informed me that "We don't have that, I can check and provide you the best ones, but that's it." I knew it was a shot in the dark, so I lowered my withdrawal amount.
When providing me with my bills, the teller only pulled out bills from within her own drawer which "seemed" flawless.
when In fact, every single bill she pulled out was flawed and she only checked her own drawer.
I pointed out one that had a very solid fold on the corner, and were responded with "oh, they will all be like that." which is untrue and not the point at all. no other bill provided had a prominent fold, furthermore, there was minimal effort on her part to try and accommodate my request.
This particular branch was extremely unprofessional towards me and my request that I am considering closing my account and continually to heavily use my Chase and Wells Fargo Accounts.
At the very least, they were courteous and accommodating, and always politely explained to me that what they gave me is what they can provide me at that time. This is one branch I know I will never visit again and that is IF I choose to keep my account open.
