I explicitly requested a cash withdrawal using only $20 and $50 bills, clearly stating I did not want $100 bills. Despite confirming my request, the teller immediately proceeded to count and seal $100 bills into the envelope. This failure to follow a clear, simple instruction suggests a serious lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

I came in almost near closing time and she attended me with the most care. She helped me get through filling a petition for a Power of Attorney Letter for my mother that is in home-hospice bound. She was sympathetic to what I was going through and stayed with me until we sent the forms. Definitely ask for her!
