- MFMatt FlynnAug 9, 20251.0Useless bankers. Needed help with a wire transfer that would take 5-10 minutes and was told by the banker that her schedule was "too full". There was not a soul in the bank. Absolutely useless people working here. Edit: After reading through the other reviews I see a pattern of them never having time to help people at this location and the bankers being very fake with their placations. I feel as though there may be a need for firings and revamping if the staff.

Glad I had this interaction today, because I am opening a business account along with two personal accounts, and Wells Fargo was one of the three banks at the top of my list. I showed up today to put a check in one of my subcontractors accounts, so he could pay his people tomorrow, got there at 4:59. I pulled up to the window where the lights were off, and the lady at the window said we’re closed and waved me off. I showed them on my phone just as it turned 5 o’clock, and they said yes we’re closed. The other lady came up to the window. Mouth were closed again and pulled the shade down right in front of me.. I get that they were trying to finish up. They already had all of their checks out on the counter and was. Out, however I was there before five and they were already trying to close out to get out of there. I get it , everyone wants to go home as soon as they can after work But this was just absolutely unacceptable and rude. I will be Opening up an account at Chase instead.
