- MVMakiko VaughanAug 1, 20251.0Not willing to help. I received a letter from the bank. The letter said to bring this notification to the nearest branch to discuss. So I went. I showed the notification to the bank teller. She said, “We can’t help you. Call this number.” I pointed out that the letter said I could just go to the nearest branch. She said to make an appointment with that lady standing at the front door. She was helping walk in customers. However, she couldn’t help me because she was booked next 5 days. I was confused. She was at the door to ask if she could help other walk in customers. But she was too busy next 5 days for my issue. This one isn’t good at all.
