Not willing to help. I received a letter from the bank. The letter said to bring this notification to the nearest branch to discuss. So I went. I showed the notification to the bank teller. She said, “We can’t help you. Call this number.” I pointed out that the letter said I could just go to the nearest branch. She said to make an appointment with that lady standing at the front door. She was helping walk in customers. However, she couldn’t help me because she was booked next 5 days. I was confused. She was at the door to ask if she could help other walk in customers. But she was too busy next 5 days for my issue. This one isn’t good at all.

Wells Fargo: A Catastrophic Failure in Customer Service Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Wells Fargo, what a disappointment! As a customer who has had the misfortune of dealing with this abysmal bank, I can confidently say that their customer service is nothing short of atrocious. The sheer lack of consideration for their patrons is evident in every aspect of their operation. First and foremost, attempting to reach a Wells Fargo representative is an exercise in futility. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Their call centers are always overloaded, and you'll be stuck waiting for an eternity just to speak to someone, assuming you ever get through at all. It's almost as if they deliberately sabotage their own communication channels to discourage customers from seeking assistance. And let's not forget the complete lack of available personnel at their brick-and-mortar locations. Walking into a Wells Fargo branch feels like entering a ghost town. You'd expect a bank of this size to have enough staff to attend to their customers, but apparently, they don't see the value in providing decent human interaction. Oh, but it doesn't end there. Don't even think about relying on their ATMs to access your hard-earned money. More often than not, those machines are conveniently "out of service" or, if you're lucky, they're just out of cash. It's mind-boggling how a major bank like Wells Fargo cannot keep their ATMs stocked and functional. If you manage to find a Wells Fargo employee, prepare yourself for another letdown. Many of them seem disinterested, apathetic, and utterly indifferent to your needs. They show little to no knowledge about their own services and products, leaving customers feeling lost and frustrated. But what's most infuriating is their blatant disregard for their customers' time. My parents and I went (for the 3rd time) to have me added to their checking account. We were told the one banker would be leaving at 4. Even though it was 2PM, the cashier said there would not be time for the banker to see us today and we would have to have an appointment. We visited two branches to no avail. As I live out of town and my father is in poor health, this was huge inconvenience for our family. Wells Fargo prioritizes its own convenience over providing basic services to those who keep their business afloat. Wells Fargo, with all its scandals and controversies, clearly hasn't learned a thing about accountability or customer-centricity. They seem more focused on cutting costs and boosting profits rather than actually serving the people who trust them with their finances. In conclusion, I urge everyone to avoid Wells Fargo like the plague. Their customer service is horrendous, their personnel is scarce and unhelpful, their ATMs are perpetually out of order, and they have zero respect for their customers' time. There are far better banking options out there, and you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect as a customer.

This branch gets a F for customer service. They have cost me hundreds of dollors when I started a business account. Sent many emails to the branch with no response of why they feel it's ok to cost me hundreds of dollors. I have 6 account with them 3 accounts in the past 30 days have had fraud Charges on them. Something just isn't right here. Stay away unless you like lossing your money.
