The Teller Dee, told us to sit in the middle of the bank and wait for a Branch Banker to assist us as they are the only ones who can close an estate account. We waited, A banker with an accent, light skin tone, brownish/reddish hair comes to us without greeting and says “It will be a while before we can help yall. What do yall need?” We tried to explain to her what we needed and she tried to push us back off on the teller(s), we stated the teller is who sent us over here. The attitudes of these two workers , especially the Branch Banker were so unsettling. The customer service was non existent. My sister, having had this experience has to no longer bank with this bank simply because the bankers were so rude. If you can drive 5minutes to another branch or even an hour I would highly suggest you do that.
