- BBbrendapawMar 16, 20191.0Still has nice tellers but the banking experience online is downright primitive. Can’t pay our mortgage online from our PNC checking account. We could do that with other mortgages. Made a mortgage payment at the teller window before 2 pm, 24 hours later we are not credited and telephone help cannot see the payment either! It has cleared our PNC checking and I even have an image of it. I had to go back to the (one) branch in town to be told pretty much it’s in the works.
