- HCHassan Conteh3 days ago5.0The branch manager and the two bankers, went over and beyond to help us undo a problem that we created. They even stayed a little later to resolve the problem. So sorry, I don't remember their names, but, would tell recommend this branch to anyone!

If you want to go in for simple services that only require the atm or tellers then it is yes but if you want to do something else that requires you to make an appointment and sit down with a banker then it is a no. My experience was so unpleasant. I made an appointment and got a call from a banker the day before the appointment, she asked me if i have those documents that I needed to open a business account. She name 3 documents and asked me to print it out. I brought those 3 documents in and she still wanted more document which I didn’t prepare because it wasn’t asked for when we were on the phone the day before the appointment. After 40 mins, we walked out of the door without a business account that we really needed. It was a waste of time and i am so disappointed.
