- CNChi NgoSep 11, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this branch. If you want to go in for simple services that only require the atm or tellers then it is yes but if you want to do something else that requires you to make an appointment and sit down with a banker then it is a no. My experience was so unpleasant. I made an appointment and got a call from a banker the day before the appointment, she asked me if i have those documents that I needed to open a business account. She name 3 documents and asked me to print it out. I brought those 3 documents in and she still wanted more document which I didn’t prepare because it wasn’t asked for when we were on the phone the day before the appointment. After 40 mins, we walked out of the door without a business account that we really needed. It was a waste of time and i am so disappointed.

- NCNakita ChapmanJan 20, 20241.0It's sad that if I could give this bank negative stars I would me and my daughter walked into this branch at 1130 sat there for about 10 minutes before we were even greeted and then we were finally greeted and asked what we were there for which was to open a savings account for my daughter because she already has a checking account they tell us they close in 30mminutes so they can't do it because it takes about 30 minutes I let the banker know she already holds a checking account with wells Fargo and she still wasn't trying to open the account because her words were each of us already have c customers this is my second time coming into a wells Fargo branch and not getting serviced just sad
