I came into this location to deposit a payment check into my business account and the teller had the nerve to tell me that she couldn’t deposit my check into my account because if there is no funds to pay for the check she would be responsible and that I can deposit it at the atm. So basically you’re trying to say that I’m trying to deposit a fake check. I deposit big checks all the time in my account. So I told her what’s the difference with me depositing it through the atm or you and she said she can’t do it and laughed at me with another employee. You’re a teller and don’t even make enough money to be acting like that towards people. I guess she was envious of the amount the check was because she doesn’t even make that in a month working as a teller. This location is ridiculous now I see why they always hiring here for tellers. I end up going to the location on Jonesboro Road next to the Waffle House and Krystal, they deposited my check into my business account with no problem and they gave me excellent customer service.
