- DDDanielJun 7, 20251.0Young indian lady at this building has a nasty attitude. I came in to get a new card but first she did not say good morning or welcome me into the bank. She was on her phone. Georgia Own check camera on 6.6.2025 around 9:15 am. When I got to the window. I told her I need a new card. She said why? I said cause someone used my card. She asked did I report it? I said yes. She said in a mean way. I have to ask that. I said ok no problem. She told the other cash lady I need a new card. The other lady had a person that one too. She made his card within maybe two minutes I was told to sit. Another person came in need to talk to someone about his account. She asked him what you need to talk to her for. He said his account. She got back on her phone and did not say anything. I wait 45 minutes and asked can I come back later I have to go to work. She let me check if it is done. She went to the back and came back and said wait one second. Another came out and told her it is spinning. The young lady just said ok. And told the other lady to tell me. Unprofessional why she could not. Never have been treated this way. She need another job doing something else or retrain on to greet people and how to treat them.
