Slow and they really don't care about customer convenience. I wouldn't recommend opening an account with them.

Been banking with Truist since SunTrust and BB&T merged. Have been mostly nothing but disappointed with their customer service. There’s always a full line of people in the branch with only 2 tellers that are also trying to juggle whatever comes through the drive-thru. Staff has no customer service whatsoever & will be switching to another bank.

Never have I ever been in this bank when there wasn't a long line of people. Never more than 2 tellers and sometimes just one. Lots of other banks in this town. Don't choose this one.

Literally the worst Truist in America. 4 deep in the lines and a long one inside. Awful. It’s lunch and none of us can’t get what we need done done. Do better.
