Terrible branch. The employees don’t answer the phones at this location! It’s definitely not a busy location

The worst experience I had with a bank in my life. Poor customer service, long lines on certain days, incoherent or just do not care. Do not have them notarize important documents. They will botch it. Although it is a free service, they can care less and have you sit and wait to get it done. One guy there is always on the phone. He selects when to help. His default is to send you to the counter. But one thing is for sure, when the time comes to collect to the monthly fees, they are always on time and never late. This is the last relationship I will ever have with a labeled "retail" bank. This was my secondary bank because my primary bank did not have locations close to me. But with Zelle and mobile banking, that is no longer a problem. Credit Union accounts are just more simpler and cost effective to have. I had my account with a credit union for 25 years. Auto loans, etc. I have 0 issues with them. I will bank with them till I go in the ground.

This bank is the worst they have no customer service experience at all. All you get is negative attitude and nobody wanted to help or do their job. I had to do a complaint through FDIC , I don’t have a name because they do not wear name tags, tag so I can’t give the employee exact name. I will leave it up to FDIC and the other corporations to do their investigations. I was told that I could not deposit the money into the account. After I spoke up for myself, things changed and she started to say I didn’t know it was a business account. They will not give a deposit slips, also had a situation at this exact location before with a banker being fired from stealing out of our account, so be very careful. Make sure you watch your transaction. And keep up with your money You can tell by the attitude they’re not professional and they will rob you, also, the banker next to her started to mumbling stuff under her breath , Rolling her eyes, I almost gave her what she really wanted , this bank needs to be under investigation immediately

The worst bank I have ever dealt with in 40 years. They are completely incompetent. If you are a business owner, stay away.
