For example, was just there today, right at closing so maybe this is why I was treated the way I was treated, no greating, no thank you no nothing. But I did notice everyone else in the different lines were being warmly greeted and thanked. It made me feel very unappreciated.

I had an issue with fraud on my business account. I started on the phone with South State and had a terrible experience. I walked in to her branch very upset and just wanting someone to care and give me some kind of assurance that the bank could actually do something that day to help me. Jennifer calmly heard me out and helped me to realize it wasn't the end of the world. ;) She gave me a resolution that I was happy with while I was waiting on those ever-loving bank "standard procedures" to work themselves out over the next week. The people make the bank, not the name. Thanks guys! Shout out to Ricky Mays as well. He always takes phenomenal care of me!
