Came in to get some change for a $20 bill and it took an act of congress to do it. Before I could get to the counter I had 3 different people ask me "what brings you in today?" in the span of about 45 seconds. When I finally get past the barrage of all the hosts and to the counter, it took the teller 15 minutes just to get change. They even had me sit in a waiting area on the side. Even though this location is very close to me, I'll go to another branch from now on. It shouldn't take almost a half hour to get change for a $20 bill.
