  I spoke with Fernanda P Reali, the branch manager, and she discriminated against me and did not want to talk to me. She was snappy with me and cut me off when I tried to ask questions and rushed me out of the bank. I deposited a money order at this branch. The bank deposited the money order and then took the money back out of my account and kept the money order. No one was able to tell me why this happened; they just kept the money order. Then she lied to me that they were going to send me a certified copy of the money order to re-deposit, and I never received it. When I went back to ask her if they sent the certified copy, she just told me she didn't know and just didn't care and just rushed me out of the bank. The money was just taken from my account, and they kept the money order.

  Teresa was the most kind teller I’ve ever encountered! She spoke Spanish with was tremendously helpful and her entire demeanor entirely brightened my day.

  I recently moved to the area and came in because I have a fraudulent charge on my account. This lady who looks like a supervisor named Liz (name tag) yelled over to the young man behind the counter to help me while she helped an older gentleman with something. The young man at the front desk was patient and helpful. He explained to me that I would have to wait a couple minutes for a banker to come back from lunch, and asked me to wait in the lobby. Before he went back to his station, I asked him a couple more questions that were generic and did not need a banker to answer. He answered all my questions, but then was cut off by Liz who came over to tell me that I needed to sit down and wait. Repeatedly. She was very rude, used a condescending tone, and was super dismissive and told me to call or go online to fix my problem. I had explained in detail to the young man why I came in person, which is why he agreed with me and told me to wait for someone else. I took a Quick Look at the other reviews on this location, and it seems like there is a repeated pattern of rudeness from the staff. One person even expressed feeling like this is due to racism. I am Hispanic, and I can also say that the way Liz treated me today felt racially motivated. I have worked for years as a restaurant manager in Roswell. I know how to treat costumers with respect. I know how to be helpful and polite to people. I also know how to assess these skills in other people for training purposes. I can confidently say that Liz lacks all of these skills and has no business working anywhere near costumer service.
