- JSJesse SmithDec 26, 20251.0I'm sure they are great for retail services, but this is not the branch you want to go to for any commercial business requests. The default answer for any slightly complex request is "no", and then I have to negotiate for basic account services. How about trying to solve issues with customers collaboratively like a partner instead of just telling them "sorry we can't do that"?!? The branch on 92 in front of WalMart seems better able to deal with business customers.
