I've got to find a bank where they still have a drive thru & actually employee people to help their customers. People are switching to digital banks because they get shitty service at the brick & mortar branches.

I waited and another guy was a walked in and was seen. After sitting for over 20 mins the Manager tells the teller to tell me to schedule an appointment after I watched a walk in and be seen. No one has showed for their appointment yet and I am yet to be seen
